21 Declarations of Hope PDF

$0.00

Have you ever had one of those days or weeks, perhaps even months when nothing is going right? Before long all you see is one disaster or failure after another. Hope has faded and no matter how hard you try to hold on, it slips further and further through your fingers. Times when you wondered if the tears would ever stop flowing and you have lost sight of the goodness and mercy of God?

Yep, me too!

We have all walked through times when we have lost our way, when it was easier to believe something bad was about to happen, rather than hope for what we couldn't see. Perhaps you are living in one of those seasons now when your circumstances are shouting hopelessness and doom.

Know that every problem, every hurt and disappointment comes with a promise and a way forward.

It takes courage to believe; to hope once again that maybe this time things could be different. But that’s exactly what hope does. It dares to believe. Hope stands and dusts itself off having fallen for the seventh time. It looks at the road ahead, puts one foot in front of the other and walks towards the promise.

As you sit with these declarations and with the One who is our hope secured, call after hope. As you do, my prayer for you is that 'the God of hope would fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope' (Romans 15:13) and that you would dare to declare even with a whisper, that this time will be different.
